Real teams. Real moves. Honest numbers.
We do not publish fake quotes, paid testimonials, or stock-photo founders. As our earliest customers consent to attribution, their stories land here — exactly as they told them to us.
We are mid-rollout. No stories live yet.
PulseSignal entered private beta in 2026 Q2. Our earliest customers are still actively using the product; we will publish the first stories once those teams have results to share and sign off on the wording. We refuse the alternative of fabricating logos or borrowing quotes from other tools we integrate with.
In the meantime, the use cases page lays out exactly what teams do with the product, and the modules page enumerates every signal we ship.
How we report
Four commitments we make to every customer.
Named or anonymous
Customers choose attribution. We ship anonymous-by-default and only name a company when its team has signed off in writing.
Numbers we can back up
Every metric in a story (hours-saved, deals-influenced, churn-prevented) is reviewed with the customer before publication. We do not extrapolate or round.
No paid testimonials
We do not pay for quotes, discount in exchange for a story, or write the quote on behalf of the customer. The first round of stories is unpaid.
You stay in control
A customer can ask us to take their story down at any time. We will remove it within 72 hours, including from the wayback archive where we can.
Want to share yours?
Three steps. You keep editorial control.
Step 1
Email customers@pulsesignal.co
Tell us what changed for your team after PulseSignal landed. One paragraph is plenty — we follow up to build the rest.
Step 2
We write a draft together
A 30-minute call, a doc back-and-forth, and you keep editorial control. Quotes are yours; we do not change them.
Step 3
You sign before we publish
A short testimonial-consent form spells out where the quote can appear, for how long, and how to revoke it. Nothing ships before you sign.
